Seashore Villa is a 55+ mobile home community; once a year we open up the park for yard sales. Some residents will host their own sales (scattered through the park - look for the balloons) and a large fundraising sale for the HOA is held at the Clubhouse (4805 side of park). A map of all individual sales will be available at the Clubhouse. Many great deals and bargains - worth stopping by!
